AAFP Awards ChartWare software
its highest 5 star rating
!
ChartWare is a system for producing electronic medical records that saves clinicians substantial amounts of money, time & frustration. An installation normally pays for itself within the first year. The chart notes it produces are clear, simple and always accessible. Designed by doctors for doctors, it is simple to learn even for those with no computer experience, using a pen instead of a keyboard for those who prefer not to type. By avoiding mistakes caused by poor handwriting and transcription errors, the system helps improve patient care. In doing so, it also helps protect against potentially ruinous lawsuits and HCFA violations related to undercoding or overcoding.
